Shipping policy

UK delivery

We charge one flat rate for delivery to anywhere in the UK: £3.65 per order, however many T-shirts you buy. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

The same flat rate applies to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Dispatch

Every T-shirt is made to order. We dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, but this isn't guaranteed. Royal Mail's next-day aim also doesn't apply to some postcodes, including parts of Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, so deliveries there may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, but if we haven't delivered your order within 30 days of you placing it (or by any date we've agreed with you), you have legal rights, including in some cases the right to cancel and get a full refund.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. This email includes your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

International shipping

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

If something goes wrong

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to fix it before your order is sent.
Late or missing parcels: your order is our responsibility until it arrives with you (or with someone you've asked to receive it). If it hasn't turned up, email us at benshirley19851@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Damaged in transit: let us know as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
